Made a nice dinner, everything fresh and from scratch, for 11 people in total.

First, some sliced wholewheat bread with avocado, mini roma tomato, and prawns on them, lemon juice and basil over the top, bit of pepper, bit of sumac.

Then made a giant salad (dressed with...well, that'd take a while) with about 5 types of lettuce, and spinach leaves, danish fetta, chiffonade of spanish onion, kumato, mandarine, and pomegranite seeds. Threw various fresh herbs on top of the whole thing.
I served that with some bbq'd octopus I'd marinated in sesame oil, lemon juice, lime juice, zest, cajun spices, lemon zest and smoky paprika.

Thai green curry was next up, served with green vegetables...ha, and grilled chicken tenderloins I'd marinated in some morrocan spices.

Afterwards, I made a fruit platter.
Banana, rockmelon, mango, apples, strawberries.
Topped them in a vanilla yoghurt dressing with passionfruit, nutmeg and cinnamon, and fresh mint.

Had some beers and stones ginger wine + beer (see, ginger beer?) throughout the night.

Bit full now...everyone seems to have liked it, so mission success I suppose.

Like it is there, man. Flame Grille bbq in particular.
But out of oven and grill....I'd go with grill.
