I have to try some GTAIV online, my brother and two of my cousins just got CoD4 fairly recently and it's been nice to get to play with them and catch up, act a bit immature, and basically just have fun. When you get it back we'll have to play a few rounds.

I'm sure you will kick my ass....but I'm willing to give it a go.

Just been playing some Air-Sea Battle on the old Atari.

Fun game in 2 player mode. Especially when beer is involved.

Watching my son play Fable 2 now. Beautiful graphics and excellent voice acting.

can't wait for him to finish so I can play.

And BOY do I suck at FPS's... Even on Easy I keep dying. :(

What I DO think is really cool, though, is the fact that you have the ability to heal your team and they can heal you. Makes you more cognizant of your team around you.

You can kill a man from 100 yards away... WITH A MIND BULLET! That's telekinesis baby!

I'm just getting into being able to take over your teammates. I think that it's a cool feature, but I'm having a hard time getting used to it (it's me... I'm not much of a seasoned gamer).

Now I'm getting killed by the machinegun pillboxes. :(

Racing simulator, with an excellent mod community. Lots of free downloadable mods/tracks/cars. Also an extensive online racing community.

The F1 car especially gives an amazing sense of speed.

This sounds silly, but to practice with FPS games (uf you care enough to waste some time on it), load up a game like Counter Strike: Source (if you have it) and run around practicing jumping and shooting, shoot cans, garbage, or pick a spot on a wall and see how close you can get while moving, then practice standing still.



Even better, if you have Half-Life 2, load up the map where you have to travel on the beams of the bridge (I'll see if i can get you the map name), type in the cheat to get all the weapons, and practice shooting sea gulls with the crossbow and magnum (use the shotgun if you get frustrated :D) It sounds like a complete waste of time, but it is an awesome hand-eye coordination exercise.


Plus, it is fun watching them go limp and then fall 200 feet into the water. Hey, they arent real birds...

Not enough horror atmosphere, but the story seems really good. I guess i'll finnish it sometime. Riiiiight after Saints Row 2. Or Dead Space maybe.
