If someone is mentally ill enough to kill themself, I do not think they would go to Hell. (In fact, I'm pretty sure the Catholic church said about a decade ago that they would not, reason being they are not of sound mind.) Fact is, nobody that kills themself is 100% sane at the time they do it.
The euthenasia question is a bit more touchy... I believe the Catholic church's stance to be that is that if the machines are the only things keeping the person alive anymore, then it is not a sin to pull the plug , because in reality, that person's time was up, but we are prolonging it through medical science... If they unplug the machines and the person continues breathing and living on their own, then any further steps to kill this person would not be considered okay.
