The Bad Education Movie (2015)
B Fun spin-off movie of the UK series with the same name. Quote:
I think it's pretty good. "That guy from Tucker & Dale VS Evil plays a lazy slacker, and a medium for hire, who attempts to solve various ghosts' unresolved issues, so that they can move on to a final resting place, occasionally with the help of his best friend and drug dealer, Roofie." |

The Visit (2015)
C Note: annoying boys as main character(s) in horror movies should be forbidden. Why can't they use quiet geeky kids wearing bowties and sweatervests instead of these brats. |
Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens

Heavy Metal and Into the Storm.

The Legend of Wasco, 2015. 6/10
http://i.imgur.com/rPKOpsn.jpg It had some really cool scenes but too comedic for me. I like clown horror to be brutal and violent. Creepy aswell. |
The Revenant, 2015. 9/10
http://content.internetvideoarchive....152517_084.jpg Some of the most amazing camera work/cinematography I've ever seen. Everything felt like I was right there with them. Leo and Tom, outstanding. |

Sicario, 2015. 7/10
The storyline done before. Alittle dull leading up to the end, usual fare for Hollywood movies but Benico was amazing and owned this movie. : ) |

I'm gonna wait for the blu-ray version. When it comes to recent movies I always prefer to watch them in high resolution. Quote:
First half was pretty good then it got a bit boring. Too bad they didn't turn this into an action movie. |

Star Wars 7.
Well, I feel like it evoked what I felt when watching the originals quite a bit better than any of the prequels managed to. The storyline was decent, I was a little worried about the "new" bad guys just coming across as pointless etc but they actually made it work. I quite hated the "villain" and their motivations though...we'll see...he will make you hate him. The new generation of characters, surprisingly, I didn't mind at all. Found the girl a touch wooden not too much though, and the guys did pretty well. Look all in all it's not like it was a 4 or 5, but it was maybe between 4 and 6 someplace for me. Which is more that expected. JJA has done well. I'd give it 7.5/10. Feels like to me, Star Wars is back. For those that have seen it, read the invisible bit under here...spoilery I think Kylo Ren was actually a rebellion plant into the new order. Yeah, he's done terrible things...but that could just be becoming swayed towards the dark, or also to sell his cover to the higher ups. He displayed the ability to "read minds" or extract information, so it's not all that far fetched that he may have been able to telepathically communicate as well. I think that scene with Solo where he at first told him "I know what I need to do but I don't know if I'm strong enough, will you help me?" was completely genuine. I think he either spoke into Solos mind, or perhaps he just "knew" what he was asking him to do. People in the new order did seem to have their doubts about him right? So he had to do something "big", and not just the ordered killing of randoms, something that will say "yep, he's the guy". There was not much surprise, definitely no anger in Solos last moments...I mean I know, it's his son...but still. Yes, Kylo attacks the girl too...but he is a pretty conflicted individual, and is still trying to prove himself to the higher ups...that and he did have issues with Solo taking her under his wing, I dare say some of that rage would have been true. Not to mention, she "knew" he was scared. She was potentially a threat to his cover if this was the case. Then what happened at the end? "It's time to take his training to the next level". Fits in quite well with what the rebellion would want him to do...right? That's my theory anyways. They've Snaped him. |
Indigenous (2014)
C- Slightly better than average take on the Chupacabra. Plenty of bad horror movie clichés but it still has its moments. Quote:

Apartment 143
Another Blair Witch filming style. Except this was super fucking grainy. Despite that it wasn't horrible. Bit of murder mystery thrown in there because why the fuck not, it's not like a haunting is interesting enough on its own. |
Sinister 2. It was ok. I didnt hate it but it was just ok.
|
The Force Awakens. I rank it fourth among the Star Wars films.

The Martian (2015)
A/B Not bad for serious space movie that isn't horror. One annoyance SPOILER: "The fact that people were celebrating outside like it was New Year's Eve during the rescue mission. Hard to believe that even in this day and age that many people would assemble for an astronaut or space related stuff." |

Anger of the Dead (2015)
A- If you can get past the cheesy acting, the zombies are really fuckin cool!! It's the only reason why I gave it a higher grade. The Killing of Jacob Marr (2010) C- This movie includes almost every cliché that you can think of!! I actually watched it all the way to the end though cause I liked the 'kill' shots. |
Krampus-2015. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. ::smile::
