Urge, what did you think of the lead actor Peter Mullan (Gordon)? Ever seen him before? Wasn´t he impressive, you think?

I had never seen him before in my life and thought he was amazing. Especially the scene where he´s talking to his nephew(?) by the fallen tree. Wauw!:)

yes he was excellent ... the tension all came from him ...

i dont want to sound like a broken record but these old guys - they can carry a film ... they have a world of experiences from which to draw from.

something you rarely find with the action in a teen movie..

Ooh, so true. :D

The only thing I missed in this one was a visible ghost.

I´m a japanese horror fan, remember.;) :)

******** Spoilers for Session 9 **************

so am i - but this was a pretty sharp film ...
my take on it that there was a ghost .. the 'simon' character from session 9 ... who preyed on the madness of others ..

Gordon was sleep deprived, desperate, making him vulnerable for 'possession' ...

i thought it was very smart the way it was done ..

I really enjoyed this. Tom Cruise did a great job, and the action in it was spectacular.

I hate when they say that and you find out it was something like a guy who went on vacation to japan and took sword fighting classes.
