Wow- awesome set! Some of those are not Lee's best Dracula films, but you still can't go wrong with Lee.

Definitely! and that's why I instantly grabbed the set as soon as I saw it today at a local dvd store. Not waited for a single moment:)

If you ever have any trouble with it, just let me know - I do Iphone tech support for a living, hah.

Enjoy!

_____V_____ 06-25-2009 09:39 AM

So if this causes me any trouble, I know whom to point to my lawyer. :D

Loving this gadget so far. Very niche, very addictive.

The_Return 06-25-2009 10:17 AM

Yeah man, it's a Hell of a phone. Especially with the App store...damn near infinite posibilities there.

_____V_____ 06-25-2009 10:51 AM

Yep its the next big (read HUGE) step in mobile phone technology.

Love the sound and the touchscreen response (so smooth!), but I dont like its camera that much. Its a gorgeous piece of hi-tech gadgetry, thats for sure.

Oh yeah. He is out there, for sure.
I love his stuff, though.

neverending 06-28-2009 09:16 PM

Went to a film fest of his films at the University of Oregon once... including the one that's like 5 hours long... I can't find it listed on IMDB. Very interesting experience.

Haha, wow. I'm not familiar with that one.
Was he there?

neverending 06-29-2009 01:21 AM

No.

I believe it must have been "Magick Lantern Cycle" -- which wiki lists as being made up of several of his other films. One of my strongest memories is of several passages being shown 7 times in a row, back to back, because it was of alchemical signifigance.

never seen it before - but i found these cheap and i'm respecting JJ's work - so i thought i'd give it a whirl.

it'll probably drive me nuts though - i heard there isnt a resolution at the end of each season - which i prefer.
