It certainly is!well done V ,your turn

_____V_____ 03-18-2007 09:42 AM

Thanks, DP. (was a wild guess tho:D )

Here we go...

- The original plot of this movie had a final sequence shot on a wax museum.

- The schedules of this movie stalled it for over a year, and hence over half of the movie had to be re-shot.

- Many actors who had played their parts were cut from the final version of the re-written and re-shot movie.

More clues when you ask for em, guess the movie?

DP McCoy 03-19-2007 03:17 PM

Nothing really strikes a chord.....i will take a wild guess at The Omen(original).

_____V_____ 03-20-2007 03:54 PM

nope...not even close. Think again, or ask for another clue.;)

DP McCoy 03-20-2007 03:57 PM

Another clue please.

_____V_____ 03-21-2007 12:22 AM

Ok here goes,

- The original plot had 3 strangers coming together by a car accident, but the re-written plot focused on 2 people related closely to each other.

_____V_____ 03-22-2007 11:14 PM

Aight here we go...

- Mandy Moore, Heather Langenkamp, Illeana Douglas, Corey Feldman, Omar Epps, Robert Forster all had filmed their scenes for the movie, but their roles were cut and the entire movie was re-shot and re-written a year later.

The Leads in this film all agreed to work for SAG scale rates instead of their usual star salaries

Adapted from a short story

The female lead's godfather was good friends with the author of the short story

_____V_____ 03-24-2007 06:29 AM

Mictlantechutli 03-25-2007 05:36 PM

It isnt a horror movie? The thread is basically based on guessing the horror movies...

this will take time now.

Mictlantechutli 03-26-2007 09:43 AM

Nope.

The process used to animate the characters in this film is called roto-scoping

DP McCoy 03-26-2007 09:49 AM

Yes and at the first time of asking too!your turn.

Mictlantechutli 03-27-2007 09:04 AM

The writer of this film used a pseudonym taken from a Hammer film character.

A rock star has a cameo.

No less than 7 of the actors have appeared in other films by the same director.

Mictlantechutli 03-28-2007 11:35 AM

Okay, I'll make it a little easier;)

Most of the film takes place in a Church.

Insects are used in several shots to denote some sort of evil presence

AsylumSeeker 03-28-2007 12:56 PM
