8 ounces Cream cheese, cut in bits
* 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
* 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
* 1/2 cup Milk
* 8 ounces Fettuccine; cooked & drained
In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well.


Double for your family. Some cheese garlic bread and a salad and that is dinner



Jar of spaghetti sauce

Jar of water or broth

2 tablespoons of garlic

Bag of frozen meatballs

3 tablespoons of Italian seasons

2 containers of stuffed cheese pasta.

This good soup and easy

Tomato soup two

Two cans of milk (meaning to fill the soup cans with milk)

1 cup of cooked rice or pasta

I pound of cooked hamburger drained
Or left or chicken or turkey

I small package of veggies
.................................................. ..........................


Fretos or tortia chips at the bottom of the plate.


On top add cooked Hamburger that is drain. to the hamburger as it cooking add 1 chopped onion, corn drain.

Drain off fat add one jar of salsa to meat and veggie.

Place on top of chips.

Top with cheese. Good stuff.

I have an amazing cook book my mom got me last Christmas. It's called Clueless In The Kitchen. It breaks down all the recipes and pretty much translates them into everyday, average and modern 'slang' lol. It's says on the front: You're young, you're hungry, you're clueless.
