Which episode?

I watched a whole buttload of twilight zone episodes on Sci-Fi. And i now officially hate that "It ends tonight" song by All American Rejects.... they play that Battlestar Galactica commercial 2-4 times an hour....

the pusher ..

this guy that can make you do things by talking to you..

at a couple of points i though - jesus christ - punch the guy in the throat

The most frustrating part was when no one could get the cop to hang up the phone while he was having a heart attack..

it was frustrating to watch .

thats when they allow bad writing to carry the plot line..

I actually always liked that one... Robert Patrick Modelle, right? There is a follow up episode eventually called kitsunegari, but i dont remember which season it was.

I liked the concept that the guy was willing to accelerate his own death just to manipulate people.

i liked the guy who played the part .. he looked like a cross between sam neil and Michael Biehn.

i didnt mind the idea behind the episode - i just thought the execution was bad.

(mulder could have stopped the cop from getting hurt - he knew what was going on before the audience did but kept yelling - get off the phone.

an fbi agent with slow as mollasses action reflex ?

That i definately agree with.. The entire scene could and should have been "Put the godamn phone down, fatass!" *slap* *Hangs up phone*

Hell, he could have just made fart noises into the reciever until the trace was completed, the guy was a narcissist, he would have stayed on.... I guess that is less dramatic, though.
