Well, I didn't know what I was expecting with this one. I was never a huge fan of the original, but I've always thought the sequel was pretty good so I didn't know what I'd be getting in this 3rd installment. What I got was lots of gore, some really excellent continuity and what seemed like it will most likely be closure to the franchise. This was a pretty entertaining film (assuming you've seen the first two) and I think it wrapped up the trilogy better than I would have ever imagined them being able to do.

B+

....fully agreed.

As I mentioned a page or two back, I had some friends in overnight for a movie marathon. Got through a couple more than I'd planned:

- Deer Woman
- Dead-Alive
- Bruiser
- House of 1000 Corpses
- Devil's Rejects
- Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys

I'd seen all but two of them before, Dead-Alive and Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys.

Dead-Alive was a gooood time....gory, sick and hilarious! I'll definatly be watching it some more.

Puppet Master vs Demonic Toys....I dont even know what to say about this one. I mean, you have movies that are so bad they're funny, but this was just so bad it's unbelievable. Corey Feldman...poor washed up little guy.

I couldnt have if I was alone...fun to rip it apart with friends though.

Puppet Master wasnt exactly high-art to begin with, but this makes it look like Casablanca.

Man... classic non-james bond james bond movie ripping off the plot from a james bond movie.

And with Kim Bassinger :)

I always thought they were just beeing funny when they cast Bernie Casey as Felix Lighter. I bet Sean Connery got a kick out of that.
