made myself a tuna mayo and mustard sandwich on funky wholemeal bread with lots of bits and seeds in it....with lettuce and tomatoes........tasty!

I'm about to tuck into oven-baked potato, topped with cottage cheese and loads of freshly ground black pepper (purchased in Egypt and, for some reason, it tastes so much better than the peppercorns you can buy in your local supermarket) - oh boy!

when you 1st see it..it looks like they scraped all the bits off the floor
of a horses stable..then chucked a few raisins and nuts in for colour .
