I have a feeling Lee will win, since he's still with us and still scaring us, but I'm going to vote for Peter Cushing.

hmmmm...well, peter was in a doctor who movie which was a remake/ reinventioning of the first episode featuring the daleks. Sorry, i'm a sucker for doctor who. So, I think i'll go with cushing.
