Never laugh when a hearse goes by
Or you will be the next to die
They'll wrap you in a big white sheet
And bury you down about six feet deep
Then again in about a week....

The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out
The worms play pinochle on your snout
A big green worm with bulging eyes crawls in your stomach
and out your thighs
Your stomach turns a glossy green
And pus pours out like whipping cream
You spread it on a piece of bread
And that's what you eat when you are dead.

Funnily enough, I was just overtaking a hearse the other day when I became aware of The Jam's 'Going Underground' playing on the car stereo.

How we laughed.

LOL I found that book last month at a used bookstore and bought it. I think that was required reading in middle school.

Did anyone else read "A Wrinkle in Time"? I read it back in elementary school. It wasn't required reading, but it was on the list of books to choose from and we had to read a book. It actually was a really great book.

I got it from School (2nd Grade), but I never read it. I should get around to doing that sometime.

i recently re-read it (was staying at my brother's house and his daughter was reading it for school and i was bored) - it was one of the few kids books that was still a good read so many many years later

The site is still being worked on - it's not officially open as you can see - but you are more than welcome to hang around here and talk about horror related stuff. I've been watching a lot of Asian horror movies myself lately, so I'll be posting some random reviews and commentary on that.

As far as the history of the Horror.com site, for those that don't know, this was one of the earliest horror websites on the internet, first launched in 1994. The original creator of the site is the person who started the alt.horror newsgroup back in 1990. That's pretty old school. Hopefully we can get an interview with him about the old days of internet horror at some point. He has turned the site over to us and for now, we're busy working on new scripts and design stuff and all kinds of nonsense.

If you're interested in anything horror related, welcome to the site and have fun. I'll post updates as elements of the site start to fall into place.

Back to the HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL for me - see you soon. :)

i know i've only been here a few months so i'm still a relative noob but when has zero ever posted pictures like this, i know i've never seen one

and as the bastards that do this kind of thing to monkeys also do it to dogs, cats & rabbits, among others, are you also going to call for people to stop posting pics of them too????

Elvis_Christ 12-01-2006 03:13 PM

Nah he doesn't post pictures like that.

I was just having a drunken rant. I'm not sure what I was on about :D

stygianwitch 12-01-2006 03:35 PM

hey if you want to have a rant at the bastards that do that kind of experimentation then i'm with you, as far as i'm concerned they want to find out what stuff does to people they should experiment on people not animals

Here's TWO things I know (and you apparently don't)...

1) Cerberus hasn't been here in almost 2 years

2) 'Defeation' is not a word

You should ask Santa for a dictionary this year...But, you'll have to be a good little boy to get it
