Some peices of barramundi (australian fish...absolutely beautiful, if you've any means of importing it outside the country, I'd highly reccomend it) which I grilled in a tiny amount of butter, fresh ground black pepper, pinch of salt, and a very small amount of dried thyme. Throughout the grilling and flipping process, I squeezed over lemon juice.
The girl made a sauce for it, with garlic, chilli, ginger, orange zest and cream. Nice.
She also made the salad, I see tomato, yellow capsicum (hmmm) spanish onion, avocado, mango, and apple...she put fresh dill and a little balsamic through it.
With the fish, I sauteed some zucchini in light butter, pinch of salt, ground pepper, and a very small amount of some hot indian chilli powder.

Had a couple of peices of whilemeal bread with it.

Cup of green/black/jasmine tea.

Probably having some orange and mango juice, and some of the heaps of chocolate we still have here a little later.

A few wasabi peas, some orange juice, some gum...

Some fish with rice and blueberry pomegranite juice.

I love fish with rice. The taste is quite exotic.

Finished having some chips. Time for dinner now.

Especially if the fish and rice are both seasoned and made just right... it was good stuff. You shouldn't snack before dinner you'll ruin your appetite. :)

I am always partial to fried fish. The taste is excellent. And the rice should be just right, not over or under-boiled.

Yea I am not feelin hungry (damn chips!) but wife calls. Have to go.:rolleyes:
