HOME ALONE (1990). Been a long time since I watched this and although Macauley Culkin's yowling wears thin, HA still is pretty funny and has held up reasonably well. Pesci/Stern have great chemistry together (and sure are Gluttons for punishment) and always nice seeing Robert Blossoms. ***

As Above, So Below

Look at that. A found footage where someone survived. That's a nice change.

This is definetily some scary stuff. The hallucinations give a very spooky effect, as well as the use of La Taupe as a scary character that appears and disappear in order to introduce some scary stuff.

I thought it was a pretty good movie, not the usual 'cliche crap.

Agree, the family aspects throughout are pretty good. The Roadrunner slapstick is tolerable. Home Alone 2 isn't too bad either.

I agree with You about the Family aspects, but if that was my family, I probably would be ecstatic if I made them disappear::big grin::

I thought HA2 was pretty good , especially with Tim Curry. After Kevin meets the Lady in the park, it lost some spark.

Grover: Fucking Kermit. That creep can roll, man.
Bert: Yeah, but he's a pervert, Grove.
Grover: Yeah.
Bert: No, he's a sex offender. With a record. He served 6 months in Chino for exposing himself to a tadpole.
Grover: Oh!
Bert: When he moved to Muppetville he had to go door to door to tell everyone he was a pederast.
Ernie: What's a... pederast, Bert?
Bert: Shut the fuck up, Ernie.

Funny stuff. Good drawing. Footnote: that's Grouch, not Grover.

Crazy Eights

I thought I had seen this, but, apparently not. Or, I completely forgot I had seen it. Anyway, enjoyed it. 8/10
