Yeah, exactly! I thought that Re-animator was totally stupid and not scary. Whereas at least F13 had some chill to it and made more sense.

And about the match ups... It doesn't matter if there are mismatches in the first round, there are supposed to be.

(Ever watch the NCAA Final 4? #1 vs. #16 first round. The point of a tournament is to determine the best movie in that particular category. (This one happens to be Best Horror Movie Overall.) If Halloween went against Nightmare on Elm Street in Round 1, then that's one movie thast should have probably advanced a bit further into the tournament that can't. So, let's say Halloween vs. NOES round 1 and Child's Play 3 vs. Puppet Master 4 in Round 1... Well, NOES might win and same with Child's Play 3, but does that mean Child's Play 3 is a better horror movie than Halloween? Hell, no! That is why the first round tends to be mismatched.)

Did I confuse/lose anyone?

If I did, just trust me, the mismatches are appropriate and completely normal in the first round.
