I have a friend who's swimming in the Olympic Trials. He was seeded something like 3rd to last (out of 112) in the 200 free and ended up getting 31st. He did really well.

Got my blood results while I was in Florida. Not good. A1C is up to 7.6 from 6.8. Started Nutri System today, and will be receiving a workout DVD (Sweatin' to the Oldies) tomorrow.
