The "remake" of Chronicles of Riddick - Escape from Butcher Bay, that came with Assault on Dark Athena...have played neither title prior.
EFBB was pretty decent for what it was, for something based on/around a movie series, actually did a lot better than most. My only real issue is the length. Pretty short. I hate sneaking around in games, but those that like it will probably be cool with that. A nice mixture of playing styles, and a pretty interesting environment throughout the game. Bit linear but hey. Good music, ok atmosphere, voice acting was well...yeah, not bad. It felt true to the universe, and serves as a pretty good prequel to Pitch Black. |
Dracula X on PSP. Not 100% though. Stupid secret areas to find.
I'm getting close to getting the Corpse Party game for PSP too. Probably soon. |
Just beat Fable for the millionth time. Havent played it in awhile so it was fun to go back to but it got a little boring at the end.
I guess that's what happens when you replay a game that much |
"Gta V" 8/10
The main story was surprisingly short and i never figured out how the hell to get missions where i actually got paid. Had to wait for the last big heist before earning some serious money. And when did i receive the amount? After the main story was over and the credits had stopped rolling. How the hell can you get through an entire GTA being poor??!!! WTF man!! |
Splinter Cell and Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
|
Blur 100 percent :D
|
GTV V, normally I wouldn't worry about 100% in a big game like this but the wild goose chase that is Mt. Chiliad is too intriguing for me to pass up.

How2Survive ps3.
Meh. Ok. Kinda fun. Bit grindy. I wish there was more to it. |
Batman: Arkham Origins. It was OK. Asylum is still the best IMO
|
I just beat Dead Zed which is a zombie survival game. I found it alot of fun.
|
"Dishonored" ps3 6/10
It was alright, but i'm glad it wasn't longer than it was. |
Phoenix wright vs professor layton
|
Beat Mega Man 2 yesterday, and I plan on beating the original today. I plan on beating 3, 4, 5, 6, X2, and X3. I've already beaten X.
|
Just beat Mega Man 1. Now onto Mega Man 3.
|
Condemned: Criminal Origins
Why did I wait soooo long to play this? I loved it... great little survival horror game even if the story gets a bit convoluted. Lots of suspense and tension and you'll never look at mannequins the same way. I'll have to finally unwrap the sequel... |
Bioshock Infinite
Bioshock infinite. Prob the best xbox 360 game ive played imo, can't wait to play the expansion packs.
|
Alien Isolation.Cool Game
|
The Evil Within. Amazing game, with afew cheap deaths from chapter 10 onwards.
|
"Lords of the fallen" ps4 8/10
The less challenging the more fun it was for me, so the last half was definitely the best, as my knight was pretty damn strong at that point. After you beat the game you can start all over with the character you ended with, including all the gear and attributes, but including the abilities of one of the other characters (rogue or mage). I chose rogue. So that's where i'm at. |
The Longest Journey and Syberia

Oh my fucking god, after 112 hours (not consecutive, at least) I've finished Dragon Age Inquisition. Really not sure it was worth it
|
Dying Light. I dunno. The climbing/heights really fucked with my stress level. Intense, so good except....you had to do it a lot. My fear of heights kept me in hell finishing those parts, but I got annoyed, not because of the stress, but because it was over used. Parkour is great as long as its not obviously created just for parkour. Takes the required suspension of disbelief out. Then there's the sexism as usual, but that's sort of a given with most games. The lack of replayability is also annoying. I'd wait until its 20 bucks or so.
|
I played through Slender The Arrival for PS4 last night, not bad and better than i was expecting tbh.
Currently half way through a Siren 1 playthrough too, what a great fooking game! |
Last game I probably finished was Batman Arkham Asylum. My absolute favorite game, so I tend to reply it over and over. Also the only game I ever entirely finished. I did finish the main story of Arkham City but I'm stuck on the after game, Harley's Revenge.
|
Borderlands 2.
Again, with Gaige. I've beaten it 8 times between 3 characters so far 1057 hours in that game according to Steam... |
"The Vanishing of Ethan Carter" PS4 8/10
A great surreal (at times) horror mystery with beautiful graphics, music and sound. BUT there is a butt. The game's playing time is only about 4 hours long and there's zero replay value whatsoever, so I wouldn't recommend buying it for more than $15. But if you find it for less than 10 bucks i'd say give it a go, coz it's a great experience, even though it's short lived. ::smile:: |

"Until Dawn" 8-9/10
Very good and unpredictable horror story that borrows from serveral, very different horror movies. Don't have a lot of bad criticism, except that it would have been great if all the colorful characters had equal amount of screen time and equal chance of survival. Sadly, that was not the case. Maybe it will be in the sequal. All fingers crossed. Also I would like to say, that despite the awsome twist in the middle, the first half was a little better than the last. It might have something to do with my first criticism above. Highly recommended. |
"Everybody's Gone To the Rapture" 2/10
Despite nice graphics and a beautiful score this is the worst game I've ever played. |
Fallout 4
The narrative in this Fallout game really lagged behind the others. They tried to force empathy which led me to apathy by the time I got far enough for the big reveal and there was no emotional attachment to any of the factions for me. I loved the game, don't get me wrong, but when you disconnect the player from the story with a lack of real choice and macguffins everywhere I get a little out of it. Luckily for F4 there were plenty of great side quests including one that had more emotional impact and intrigue for me than the main story! Anyway, good stuff, interested in seeing where the DLC goes... |
The last computer game I beat was Arcanium. I don't play a lot of computer or video games anymore.

Pineview drive. I liked the atmosphere of horror, but the ending...
Darksiders. Cool game, but too many puzzles, especially with portals. |
Aliens (1990) - Arcade
Not really worth it really...just going through my micro-cade collection and decided to play this one to completion. Just, more a miss than a hit. I remember seeing this as a kid and really wanting to play it, but ended up missing it. Perhaps I'd have liked it more at this less judgmental age... |
"Layers of Fear" PS4 8/10
Definitely a good horror game with a great atmosphere and LOTS of creativity. But where Layers of Fear wins on its horror elements (and there are many) I feel "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter" is the better experience all in all, as it has 1 strong point Layers of Fear doesn't have, and that's versatility. Coz somewhere halfway through the 5+ hours gameplay, walking around the ever changing mansion gets a bit repetitive even though the halways and rooms keeps changing it's still just halways and rooms you walk around in. Why "Layers of Fear" doesn't get a lower rating than "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter" tho, is due to it's replay value, which is quite high as the mansion leaves you with many posibilities, like which hallway should you chose and which door should you go through, coz lots of times you only get to chose 1 and then the house changes, leaving you curious to what you might have missed. There's also clues and pictures to the mystery which can be found around the house. If you chose a second playthrough you get to start with all the clues and pictures you gathered during your first try. When you're finished with the first playthrough of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter you've done everything there is to be done and experienced everything there is to be experienced and you can put the game away for good. Holy hell that was a lot of drivel. Sorry about that. |
Quack Shot (1991) - Sega Megadrive/Genesis.
I always loved this game as a kid...just stood out as a really solid platformer. Of course, in those days the Disney titles were pretty much gold for accessibility, fun, and just ticked all the boxes a good platformer of that time should. Good musical score, interesting array of enemies, moderately challenging level design. Playing it now, of course it seems a little shorter, a little easier...but still great fun. Really glad with my microcade investment. |
BloodRayne 2- this game was hard, but cool. Too bad, that there's no third game( Betrayal is not the triquel for me)
Ys I&II chronicles+-this game was even harder than BR 2! But it was awesome adventure. |
I have been jumping around from old games to new games but horror is horror. If the game can creep me out I want to play it. I just beat Condemned: Criminal Origins. Old school game but still pretty fun, I like jump scares more and I feel that when you have a weapon it can loss the scares. With Condemned I was still freaking out because 10 shoots on a rifle is not much. I stream all these games so if you like horror check me out for
