lol.. your topic drew me in since i remembered bruce saying no way in hell.... nice post :P

i have a friend who got the opportunity to meet robert englund ( lucky bastard ) a few months ago ( i'll try to post some pics ) and he told me that mister englund confirmed that ash would be in the next f vs j. since he speaks really bad english, i can only hope he was mistaken and understood it all wrong ! *crosses fingers*

The last I heard about this whole mess is that when asked, Sam Raimi said he would consider being a part of F vs J vs Ash, but he will be busy for some time with Spiderman 3. He said he'd like to see a script if one existed. I think he basically laughed at the idea. If I remember right, it was on this very site about a month ago.
