Usually a recurring headache or migraine is from stress. Whether that's internally or from your social life, it's my opinion you should just chill out and lay around for 2 or 3 straight days. Don't do anything at all, don't talk to anyone. See how you feel after that.

Lack of sex doesn't create headaches, it relieves them.
