i havent seen IA .. but one of the guys with us had and said it was very close.
Scorcese - while putting his stamp on it - still left the strong feel of a HK film.

i rented hoboken hollow last weekend and it was poor. they shouldn't plaster dennis hopper and michael madsens names on the cover if they are basically cameo roles. thought i was getting a good slasher with some big names. disappointed!

Pretty good, but what a fucking bizare ending. I really enjoyed the movie, but the last 10 minutes or so are just "What the hell?"

I do recomend it though. It's no Sin City, but the digital backgrounds/sets give the movie kind of a cool feel. It has it's flaws, but I liked this alot more than I thought I would

So, has anyone else seen this? Im kind of curious to see what other people thought of it.

I was very impressed.

Fangoria was right to rave about this film as much as it did (it was released by fangoria's gorezone, although there wasnt much gore)

despite some bad acting, this film was beautifully directed. The story is real good to and unfolds in well done way. i highly suggest it.

expect A History Of Voilence mixed the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
(there is a pretty stupid leatherface rip off)
