I assume that means Ian Mckellen is gay then? I don't pay very close attention to celebrity gossip. He sure looked gay in his helmet though.

Ian Mckellan is, in fact, gay. (yes yes, we all know, "Gandalf the gay") He has been quoted as saying he wished he had stayed in the closet because as soon as he came out, everybody and his brother's boyfriend wanted him to do stuff for them (parades, spokesmanship, etc.)

He basically wants to be himslef and act and be left alone about the whole thing. Last i heard, anyway.

Hmmm... I had no idea. I'll tell ya the 1 person I have heard is gay but is not out of his closet yet though... Dave Courier. Yep, Uncle Joey on Full House. I have a friend that worked at a video store in Hollywood & she said Dave Courier used to come in there like once a week and buy a bunch of gay porn movies.

Alan Cumming is another gay actor who's pretty open about it..
