Zombieland: Double Tap.

I've heard a fair amount of shit talking about this one...
See, I didn't think it was that bad.
I mean maybe it's that I'm coming from a place of never really thinking the first one was that great, even though people seemed to love it - I just thought it was "ok", bit of fun but didn't think it was any kind of big deal.

I feel pretty much the same way about the second one...I don't get the negativity...the only thing it can really fairly be accused of is not being quite as good as the first one.

Anna and the Apocalypse

Forgot i watched this on the weekend.

I have to admit - i'm finally burnt out on zombie films .. no matter how good they are.
This one is a well done self described 'zombie christmas musical'
well acted, well shot and paced .. even the music is good ...

i just don't know how to get excited about people running away from zombies anymore

I have always wanted to watch that...I remember when it came out at the movies I was 17...and thought it would be boring for one reason or another...but everything I've seen since looks good, everything I've heard since is positive and the cast looks amazing.
I should pair that with "Heat", another Deniro film I've never seen.

Such a great film that's not talked about enough.
