It is not "Jason and the Argonauts" or "Hercules vs. the Moon Men" is it? It does look as if it was one of those kind of movies, a mythological movie, or a movie with re-animated skeletons at least. Am I on the right track?

That pic looks awfully familiar. Is the man seen in the pic having his face/body melting or something? In that case, then I doubt it is from "the Incredible Melting Man", but then, I never saw that film, so I cannot say. However, the melting effect does seem very familiar.
