That's not a good idea at the moment.

I've been over there lots since Ms. K. it's not so bad. the Quarter is in good shape. and since I just go over there to get rowdy and not to hang out in the ghetto, I didn't notice too much change, except for the lack of crowds and traffic.

not to seem insensitive to the Crescent's plight or anything.

The French Quarter is pretty much all there is. I guess what you were talking about would be alright.


I've been back a few times myself and I notice a hell of alot of change.

Is your home still there or is it gone? I've been thinking about you lately and wondering that.

oh yes, the FQ is definitely what I was talking about. there's plenty of change elsewhere. driving from here (Mobile) to there it just progressively gets worse. it's very surreal to see all that. b/c here things are basically back to normal, but the farther west you go until around Gulfport or so, it's pretty disturbing.

Yeah, it's still there. It was a 2nd floor apartment in the French Quarter, it didn't get much damage besides a broken window and some things inside that fell and broke. When I went back the first time, everything was gone.

I've never met anyone online but I'm stupid/crazy.

I like seeing other people's cities. I went to see a friend just outside of Chicago and we went all around the city, to a bunch of cool resturaunts, and his dad owned a candy shop AND was a greeeeat cook (had a viking range and everything). I had been to Chicago before but I didn't know all the little off the beaten path places he did.

:confused: Do I really see my name there? I bet it'd be kinda surprising how well we'd PROBABLY get along...ya know, makin fun of peolple at Wal-mart and such.

Other's would be Cheeba and Spallalala. I WILL go see them before too long. Sedated(Deposeable) and Elvis-Christ, as much as I used to argue with the both of em, we're pretty damn cool with each other now. I'm supposed to go have a beer with Sadistro on my next Chicago adventure, and I would really like to have one with Newb sometime...just cos. There's prolly a whole mess of others, I just can't think strait right now...I'd prolly be able to hang out with just about everyone.
