Made something nice for the girl and I...she just got back so yeah...
Started by making some yhogurt sauce with a mixture of garlic, ginger, dried chilli flakes, basil, and lemon juice.
I sauteed some zucchini in a little butter, pinch of salt and some coarse milled black pepper, cooked between 1-2 thirds of the way,
Between tossing that around, I marinated some lamb in a dry mixture of ground cumin, cinnamon, and tumeric, with a little more pepper, then chucked the zucchini into a bowl as I started the lamb.
While the lamb cooked, I chopped some kumato and avocado, diced some onion. - Threw in some sumac and dried oregano, and added shredded purple lettuce, ripped up some cheese, and put some lemonjuice and fresh torn basil over the top.
Threw some lebanese flatbread into the oven to warm up,
took the lamb off while it was still very pink, chopped it up, and added it to the zucchini, threw in some carraway seeds, and cooked the mixture 'til optimal.
Served the yhogurt over the lamb/zucchini
Plated up the salad I made
Got the bread.
Eating now. Liking. Good to eat with someone again.
