Pirates, Dead Man's Chest....nice follow up movie, some scenes could have been trimmed a bit, great make-up and effects....a fun watch.

LOL I take it you love Chuck.:D

I watched Xtro again, and I'm pretty sure it sucked. I know a lot of people liked it, but the story was pretty retarded. It could have been great, but it just didn't make it for me.

If you loved anchorman, you'll love talledega nights. It's the exact same humor, juvenile and stupid. Anchorman was probably slightly dumber even.

They Dont Cut The Grass Anymore

Its called sci fi stupid. There are no invisible people or Mr. Hyde's but you don't see anyone complaining about that stuff. Oh and venice does have areas to walk on, just like streets..... only there are no cars... Its pretty much the same thing.

Haunted Highway

I actually liked it, but I'd be careful who I'd recommend it to. The beginning was horrible and I was so sure the rest of the movie was going to go swirly. I think if it was done better it would be a favorite of mine, but the movie had some serious problems. The flashbacks are just hard to watch, badly acted and poorly scripted.
The majority (about 98%) of the movie follows the main character Greg driving to a lake to dump his dead wife. I thought his acting was great for the most part as he is haunted by his wife and a ghost version of his mistress (who is alive... another dumb thing). I really liked the idea behind the movie, only wish certain aspects of the story like the flashbacks (which should have been important) were executed better. Pretty scary as well I thought, maybe that's because I'm already paranoid when I get in my car alone at night... I always check the backseats for wounded serial killers. :D Low production values and like I said most of the movie takes place in and around a car on a stretch of road at night. The look of the movie never really bothered me though, didn't look that bad.

3/5

(Don't rent this movie, statistics show there is a 95% chance you'll think it is one of the worst movies ever. :( )

Listen jackass, you just proved my point. It is called science fiction, the science part of it is based on laws and formulas, or else it would just be called fantasy. When you are going to include a city into your story, sci-fi or not, you can't change the city. Yes, Venice has walkways, but they are not wide enough to drive a car on. Also, if you are going to have the story take place in a time period, take into account what is possible and what is not. That is what makes good sci-fi and bad sci-fi. In my opinion, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is a piece of CGI dreck. Of course, some might agree with me:

5.4/10 - IMDB
2/5 - Netflix
3/5 - Amazon
18% (Critics) 43% (Users) - Rotten Tomatoes

Then again, to each his/her own.

Dr. Jekyl, Invisible Man, Tom Sawyer, Vampire ect. It's fantasy if you ask me and fantasy doesn't have any rules. Just my opinion.
