EPILOGUE


POSHER looked at Milktoaste with a wide grin.

"This is how you off targets, my fellow Nightmare!" he exclaimed proudly.

"But he isnt dead yet," Milktoaste replied back, thoughtfully.

"He will soon be," Posher declared nonchalantly. "See if you can find a bottle of water or something lying around. I am thirsty as fuck from all this running around."

Milktoaste went ahead and soon disappeared between the bushes.

Posher looked around and hummed a tune. He suddenly realised he needed to pee. He walked across to a nearby tree, leaned on it, and unzipped, still humming.

SCRUNCH!!!

Posher's pee stopped midway. The huge and blinding pain from his back burst through his body like huge torrents as the knife dug deep into his back. With the same forceful shove it was stabbed in, it was pulled back and Posher fell forward, more by surprise than by pain. He howled.

"MMMMIIILLLLKKKKKTTTTOOOAAASSSSTTTTTEEEEEEE!"

The figure quickly disappeared into the bushes nearby as Milktoaste broke through, running to Posher.



(MUCH LATER...SOMEWHERE ELSE)



"This has to be done by me!" he retorted.

"But you are already weak. You dont have the strength.", she replied.

"I know I have to do this. I HAVE TO DO THIS!! Before the Gates open. Question is, will you help me?" he said.

"Okay. I will take you there," she shrugged.

She helped him up, and together they hobbled across the clearing.


NEVERENDING sat some distance away from his teammates, carefully going through the events as they happened in the Zone. He wondered if both teams combined had done enough damage to off some Assassins for good when...

SCRUNCH!!!

The pain was blinding. NE felt the knife's blade run long, electric currents throughout his body. As the blade retracted back out of his body, he tried to turn around but crumbled on the ground in a heap. Bwind noticed NE fall forward and ran to him, all concerned. NE pointed at the bushes behind him, and bwind looked through them as other members hurried to NE.

The bushes were empty.

Bwind slapped the ground in frustration, just as a loud buzzing announced that the Gates would be opening shortly.

The snipers looked at their dashboards, and the light on it turned red. They picked up their rifles, and loaded each of them with FOUR cartridges. They then peered through their rifle's scopes and each one of them targetted a particular Team Grindhouse and Killer's Nightmares team member.

oh dear. oh my.

Betrayal, hatred, murder.

All this needs is affairs and it could be a soap.

Don't get your hopes up....
