well I am now rendering in AVI format. Takes a little longer and the prof wanted .mov, but it's almost half way done and hasn't errored yet. my teacher can be a jerk though, he doesn't like me cause I only attend 1 in every 3 classes. I can't be bothered with sitting for 3 hours and not learning anything, so I work on my homework at home. I'm emailing him my screen shots just in case it doesn't work again.

i feel for you on the editing suite glitches. i did my undergrad in film and lost a 35 minute documentary when i accidently bumped the powerstrip (the clips were still there but the links were blown out and I had to stay up til 3am reconnecting all the video and audio - damn final cut!)

When you tell people you went on holiday somewhere and they ask if you met their friend and just say some random guy's first name who happens to live in the country.

People with no sense of fun or humor, and cannot understand nor take a joke. This trait belongs to humorless people and the very stupid (people for whom one liners and toliet humor were specifically made, certainly not the subtle humor of the really funny). I cannot stand people like this. They make me ill.
