*sigh* Again, I haven't seen all of these. In fact, I haven't seen ANY of them.

teen wolf two

The Flayed One 10-21-2008 11:18 AM

Teen Wolf was a joke in the first place.

Bud the C.H.U.D. is amusingly bad.

Halloween: Resurrection re-raped a beloved horror franchise after H20 eased the pain a bit.

Resurrection.

bloodrayne 10-21-2008 11:18 AM

Teen Wolf 2...That was easy

I like the other 2 movies (although CHUD 2 wasn't comparable to the original at all, and it was admittedly kinda 'bad'...I really liked Bud the CHUD) :)

Honestly, they could do anything with Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, Child's Play, Children Of The Corn and Friday The Thirteenth, and I'd not only WATCH it, but I'd BUY it, too...As I have done up to this point.

I love C.H.U.D II

Halloween Resurrection was utter shit after the cool opening sequence so that gets my vote.

Round 1 Match 20

You have to admit, the first one was more than decent...but then whaddayaknow, they just HAD to make another "money-spinning" turkey...

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...CL._SS500_.jpg

vs.

Very few cinematic "disasterpieces" fit the definition of "awfully bad" in every sense of the words...this is one of em...

vs.

If you were scared of the legend as a child, watch this movie...not only will you laugh at your deepest fears, but also get a real annoying headache too...

Round 1 Match 21

There were great adaptations, then good adaptations, then semi-decent adaptations...and then this god-awful piece of shit adaptation...

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...ZL._SS500_.jpg

vs.

To even think that this steaming pile of turd actually spawned a few sequels simply boggles the mind...

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...DL._SS500_.jpg

vs.

Disappointed? You should be...coming on the heels of an absolute 80s rocker of a movie, this sequel had ample doses of stupidity and eye-rolling sequences in equal measure...

Dark Harvest

Bub the Zombie 10-22-2008 04:59 AM

Howling II

The_Return 10-22-2008 05:38 AM

Hahaha...Dark Harvest for sure.

The asks were literally falling off the bad guys faces:D

Papillon Noir 10-22-2008 06:00 AM

I feel that Island of Dr. Moreau should get at least one vote for butchering such a great story.

bloodrayne 10-22-2008 06:12 AM

Dark Harvest 2 made Dark Harvest look like a brilliant masterpiece by comparison

We watched about 15 minutes of it, then we fastforwarded it the rest of the way because it was moving WAY too slow...And, even though we couldn't hear any dialogue or sound this way, it didn't change anything...

Guy in a cornfield, trying to find his 2 daughters...He kept having visions of the guy who owned the cornfield killing his own 2 daughters...The dad and the daughters had seen the ghosts of the 2 dead girls who were looking for a lost locket...The guy found his daughters in the end, and hit the killer over the head with a pipe, the same pipe that the killer had just hit the dad's wife in the head with...She lived...

Yes...That was the ENTIRE movie...Over an hour of just walking through a cornfield, yelling for his daughters...

AND...It looks like someone filmed the entire thing with their camcorder, trying out all the features...zoom...picture in picture...fade...wipe...It's completely stupid...

I have seen some incredibly shitty movies (Killjoy, Demons At The Door, Dark Town, One Of Them, etcetera)...But, this one beat them ALL...by FAR...

I'm going with Dark Harvest, because even though I thought the original wasn't too bad, I like the other 2 movies in this round slightly better...And I think I'll smack Dark Harvest just for having a sequel that turned out to be THE worst movie in the history of movies

Dark Harvest 2 should have won this entire contest, but it isn't even in here :p

Doc Faustus 10-22-2008 06:37 AM

I'm going to go with Dark Harvest. Howling 2 has a lot of solid camp value and Dr. Moreau has Stan Winston creatures and a Fairuza Balk being very alluring.

ferretchucker 10-22-2008 07:33 AM

Howling 2!

Pretty much, yeah.....;) Possibly the most boring movie I have ever seen.

Dark Harvest, I suppose.

_____V_____ 10-22-2008 10:26 AM

Dark Harvest scores the most hate with 5 rotten eggs, Howling II gets 2 putrid tomatoes splotched on it, while The Island of Dr Moreau (90s version) gets 1 rotten egg.

Round 1 Match 22

As if the already limping franchise needed this sack of shit as a sequel...a movie which pretty much killed an entire generation of icon-lovers...

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...EL._SS500_.jpg

vs.

A dull, pointless and utterly shoddy remake which basically raped the original's premise and effectiveness...ugh...

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...HL._SS500_.jpg

vs.

And they thought this one would make people in theaters scream in fright...the only people left screaming in the end, were the ones asking their money back...
