i have a 'thing' about electricity, it's the only thing that really scares me so everything gets switched off, especially the pc... i have nightmare visions of a power surge hitting it and either finding a smoking mess when i get up or being woken to the place on fire... even though i have it plugged in through a surge protector :o

I always leave mine on all day but when I go to sleep I shut it off just because it kills the lifespan of the comp to leave it on ALL the time.
