it's hard to say for me. personally i haven't really ever seen a horror movie that scared me. the Exorcist is the only thing that comes to mind when i think of the scariest movie though. it scared my mom, she slept on the couch for months after watching it when it first came out.

i dont know if u like stephen kings stuff but his are good and Alfred Hitchcock but the movies i like best were desperation, the others, 28 days later, maybe six sense havent seen it so i dont know. tell me if any of this help and ill tell u more k.

When the Exorcist came out people left the theatre they were so frightened. It was a grand horror film for it's time. It deserves it's place.
