Another really tough choice...
I'm going to say Hussein. |

Ted Bundy
Hussein is more of an evil person than a serial killer. Does Hitler qualify as well? |
Hitler is more of a mass murderer, dont you think....

Which one of the Hussein brothers was next in line to be in control of Iraq?
I picked Uday exactly because he was a person in power and allowed to perpetrate such vileness. However, you've got to ask yourselves, is it not possible, that if he were in the United States and living in New York, being sick enough to desire to perform these inhumanities, that he would or could? Sure, it wouldn't be Olympic athletes... it might be old ladies. There is a theory that Jack the Ripper was of the royal society, right? Would that make him any less of a serial killer? Did the royal family know of his "nightly ramblings?" There was a big argument at the Nuremburg trials about being ordered to do things to people versus the actual desire to do them. Most SS officers and more than a few of Hitler's flunkies argued that they were "ordered" to commit acts of horrible violence. At what point would you, HDC denizens, draw the line and try to flee or turn the muzzle of a gun on yourself to keep from killing innocent people? I mean, I know that I really can't answer that question. |
