Ginger cookies = ginger snaps? We don't have gingersnaps with chocolate chips in them I don't think. Our government is giving free heroin away to junkies but we still aren't hip enough for chocolate chip ginger snaps I guess. :p

Something like you might call ginger-snaps or gingernut cookies, yes...but bigger, with big choc-chips.
They're not around much even here anymore...but WAY better home-made, and quite simple too...
