looking for horror movie

ive been looking for a horror movie for a along time it has to do with stonehenge. it has something to do about some small black stones found there they awake somekind of dorment gene in the human body that turns the people into monsters i dont know much about this movie but i do know that i saw a trailer for it like back in 2000 or 1999 your help will be really appriecate your help. and i apologize for the miss-spellings.
