Well i just watched this last night and i must say i liked it. I like how the little kid kicked the shit outta everyone throughout the whole movie, when you know in real life the kid wouldve been dead the first ten minutes of the movie. But it was a very good movie in general. Whatd you guys think?

Very good movie, but it could've been great. I love the whole first part of it when they first get into the house, though.

Agree with everyone, that this is a great movie. I remember watching it when I was like 6 or 7, and it scared the shit out of me...I think that mainly it was the dog. (Understanding that at my young age, I didn't fully understand what the overall movie was really about) But watching it now, is so much more enjoyable. A GREAT FLICK

I haven't seen this yet, but it's on in 45 minutes on Scream. I was debating staying up, but seeing as how everyone likes it. I'm gonna bare the lack of sleep and watch it.

It was ok. There was a good theory there, but it could have been better. The ending when the "people" smashed through the walls and stairs? Why didn't they do that from the get go? I did like the kid and he was great, but stealing the coins and going to a coin guy to sell them...i mean just seemed kinda...i don't know. But over all it was ok.

I liked this movie a lot. I saw it about 10 years (give or take a year) ago when it first came out no video and I thought it was pretty cool. I love a nice, twisted, completely fucked up story like that.

I liked Roach. He was funny.

Fool is good, and the S/M overtones in the demented, zipped-up father.

Dig the end music too, the brilliant Do The Right Thing by Redhead Kingpin and the FBI.

I havent seen this in a long time so i just picked this movie up today with "A Tale of Two Sisters"... I'll give my review of it later tonight... I remember liking it though.

Just watched this movie and its a good movie. I would give it a 8.5/10.
Not the scariest movie but its entertaining. The plot, acting and ending are all good. Lot of parts made me laugh... Reminded me kinda like the goonies and even home alone at times. You had to laugh at Daddy's costume and when Fool was throwing those punches at the dog and at Daddy. Corny but funny in a good way. One of the funnier horror movies....

If there were no cages and the black people were white, would you have fonder memories of the movie?
