does anyone like chainmail or dark or middle age reinactments. does anyone go to ren. fairs? if so, where, and how would you rate them. i make a small living creating chainmail armor, bags, jewelry, etc. and was looking for different places to sell my goods. i sell most of my stuff at the texas ren. fair, but they have become way too commercial in recent years. thanks.

In my neck of the woods we have King Richards Fair. It's a full blown renaissance affair. I'm talking knights, maidens,jugglers,wenchs...mmmm...wenchs..Jousting on horseback. Its pretty cool and all the workers stay in complete character. Plus they have beer.:)

I have never had the cash, but i LOVE medival stuff, especially weapons.

Chainmail is cool. i wouldnt mind having a suit of plate that fit, but theyusually make the suits to fit people between 5 8 and 5 11, im a bit too tall...
