This is relatively pretty inexpensive in a matter of speaking, but I think I want to be creamated (however you spell it) and then returned to mother earth.

I want to be buried... but then again my biggest fear is being buried alive. Maybe If I'll be creamated so I'll die in the process.

You can donate your live body to me... oh, wait...
Anyways..
I want to be cryogenically frozen as well. I saw an episode of Star Trek where they discovered a satellite from our times floating in space filled with cryogenically frozen bodies, and they managed to bring them back... heh...
I'm a fucking nerd.

I want to rise again and lead my army of the undead against the treacherous Republican Party and will not rest until they will be our servants in Hell.

I heard this legend that a guy "died" but he had a phone installed into his coffin, just in case. Then that day the phone rang and they heard the mans voice say "come and get me" then nothing. So they went to his grave and dug up the coffin and the phone was off the hook

There is a hint of truth to it. There was a coffin with a tube on it that had a rope attached to the dead's wrist and the other end to a bell outside that could be rung in case of premature burial.

back in the days before people readily donated their bodies to science, a large group of medical students was expected to gather around a single cadaver while the instructor demonstrated how an autopsy was carried out. this was a huge pain in the ass and didn't offer the students any hands-on experience, so for a while there, they were expected to show up to class with their own cadaver. these were illegally obtained through grave robbing and such, so the schooling had to be done underground and kept secret.

There were severaal instances of PB back in the 1800's, before embalming was used.
As far as Donating my body to science, if it's any thing even remotely close to Anatomy/Anatomy 2...no freakin way.

I think there was a Twilight Zone story were an elderly woman get getting a call from someone, (can't remember what they said), When they traced the line it was broken and lying on a grave in the cemetary.

After my stint at hunting Republicans, I'd like my skeleton to be placed in the jaws of Sue, the largest T-Rex skeleton ever found in North America (who currently resides here in Chicago). I just think that would look cool as hell :D

I have this whole ancient Egyptian thing about death. Wash my body, use spices, I'll accept embalming, but don't cut me open. Then, place me in a sarcophagus with ravens inscribed on it. I don't want to be underground. I'm claustrophobic, see. :D

Or some sort of above the ground burial aparatus. I don't think that I'll be able to afford one of those elaborate ancient Egyptian tombs...like say the tomb of Hatshepsut (classy kick ass Pharoh/Queen that she was)

OOPs i was implying that if you were Claustrophobic, then why be buried in a sarcophogus. But anyways yeah being buried like that would be cool. Like King Tutankamen. Then i can say "Eat Anubis' Dog Dick, Ass wipe!"

why is it that people are so opposed to donating their corpses? everyone seems to have big plans for their dead carcasses, but what does it matter, really? some people want to occupy space in the ground and be worm food, others think they're important enough to deserve a carved and gilded box set on display above ground...burn them all, i say; they're dead bodies, nothing more, and they're taking up space that can be used by the living.

You mean the movie or that tv show? The only thing good I can say about the film was James Spader.
Serious, Ege, I've always been into ancient Egypt almost as much as Ireland. Let me put it this way: I have four holy locations in my own spiritual path: Ireland, India, Egypt, and China.
There's a lot of cool stuff about all four ancient and modern cultures that people over look.
Just call me Pagan. :D Cute question, though.:)

I want to be cremated. I wouldn't want to donate my body...and I don't want to be buried. I just can't stand the thoughts of being under ground, unable to breathe...I know that's stupid because I won't be able to breathe anyway when I'm dead. But still, I don't like the idea...thinking about it just bothers me for some reason. I'd just rather be cremated. I need to get this in writing, because I've always had the feeling I'll die at a young age.
