Looks like your poll didn't work either. Give us the options though.

The Child's Play series gets my vote.

Followed closely by the Friday The 13th series.

Nightmare on Elm Street with out a doubt!! That is one of the most original ideas of having you die in your dreams....and easy to relate to when using our own fears against us!! ;)

My pick would be the Child's Play Series. The rest of the choices came really close. Avenger00soul, I agree with u though that everybody should just kick chucky's ass. I mean he is just a dumb little fucking doll. But he still is creepy.

Friday the the 13th series. I mean cum(;) )on it started the wave of 80's horror.

Killer Clown#1 has a point there.

yeah but the series with the best sequels has to be halloween, 1, 2. 4 and 6 (the producers cut) are all really good. Childs play lost it after the first, so did leprecaun, and friday the 13th had one or two good ones but Jason X and Jason goes to hell and Jason Takes on Manhattan dont even come close to the original

I have to agree there, and when i watch these movies in the spring-time, i get the right feeling of summer. Mainly because they showed the whole series a couple of years ago in norway(in the spring-time). But halloween and nightmare on elm street are also great series.

nightmare on elm street. most original and pushed special effects for that time. fiday films have a few to many bad apples and childs play i mean come people he's a little doll how hard is it to throw a cabbage patch kid across the room.

I thought Dolly Dearest is way cooler than Bride of Chucky :)

Hm.. I'll say Nightmare on Elm Street series 'cause I love Freddy. x3 I like how it's somewhat comical and stuff. Coming in at a verry close second would be Halloween. :D

really hard choice all really good flicks ..Must say I find them all very ammusing...However, I hate to say it but Little House On the Prairie scares me more then any of the Chucky movies. Dont get me wrong I admire some parts of all horror flicks but the overall for the Childs Play was not scarey in my opinion. The death by your own dreams that creeps me out, any type of lake/camp killing is always a great....I hate camp kill'em all. Bimbo's first..hehehe

Personally, I like the "Nightmare" series best. Freddy's kinda funny at times and it plays on all of our fears and uses something that could happen to us at anytime: dying in our sleep.

Out of your selection - Friday the 13th

Halloween, the only one with tolerable sequels, 2, 4, 5, 6... Jason= way too redundant.

There wasn't much to choose from.

Normally I would say the Hellraiser series, because I'm a big fan.
But I would go with just Hellraiser & Hellraiser II-Hellbound.

Maybe up to Hellraiser 7-Deader but the last one - Hellworld was pretty dumb.
It was like a teenage slasher flik and thats not what Hellraiser is about.
They really lost the mythology there

Well as I love anything horror (well almost anything) these Series are all faves of mine. I also love the Hellraiser series but as that is not included - can only be

Friday 13th.

nightmare beat em all on originality, but friday brings it up with best kills, and halloween is holding down the real horror factor.

as for childs play and the lep, they are worth a few laughs at best.

That gets my vote and I'd have to say Evil Dead (even tho I'm not as into the series as I once was) and Romero's Dead series.
