Rats.
I would gouge my own eye out trying to get the cockroach off of me. I would also probably die of fright. Bugs scare the living piss out of me. To have one that close to my face... I'd go insane and start running around and screaming like a little girl.

Rats, definitely. I hate bugs...I don't want them anywhere near me. At least rats are cute and I wouldn't be nearly as scared. I'd probably die of a heart attack if I woke up with a roach on my face.
