It's Rob Zombie's sequel to House of 1000 Corpses. Not sure where you can get a lot of information, I know upcominghorrormovies.com has a little.

Usually when you ask this question there are two distinct crowds, love and hate. I'm in the love crowd, for a first time effort Zombie showed unique style and was pretty over the top in violence and...well freakiness. It is sort of a rip off of TCM, the wacky family being the storyline but what do you expect from a first effort? Zombie loves horror movies so hopefully with each one we'll see a better film.

Thanks, I think I may try and watch it. See which crowd I fall into, then maybe I can look forward to the sequel :)

Yeah, I agree. Some people don't get it. I remember people walking out of the theatre (the ONLY way to see a horror film for the first time, I say) shaking there heads and saying "That was just like Texas Chainsaw Massacre." Well, it wasn't. It was an homage to TCM and to B level horror movies in general, but it wasn't identical. You'll get a pretty good laugh, you'll get pretty grossed out, and you may even find yourself going "What the fuck?" in a few scenes. What do you expect from Rob Zombie? The Ring? I loved it.

As far as I'm concerned, Michael Berryman, Ken Foree, Danny Trejo, P.J. Soles, DDP, William Forsythe, Tyler Mane, Matt McGrory, Sherri Moon, Brian Posehn, Steve Railsback, Mary Woronov, Sid Haig, and Bill Mosely more than make up for the loss. It's a who's who of horror icons and others.
(I heard they wanted more money anyway.)

Do you mean DDP as in Diamond Dallas Page? Anyways im glad Sheri Moon is returning, i guess she has too. Um BRIAN POSEHN is the best fucking comedian around these days.....i wonder what he will be playing. And glad to see that Sid Haig and Bill Mosely are coming back as well.

Yes, Diamond Dallas Page (I'm a fan). Page and Trejo are playing a couple of bounty hunters called the Unholy Two, or something like that. I really can't wait for this movie. I hope it lives up.
Posehn does rule. I love that guy. He came up with the idea for the last Anthrax video too, which was pretty cool. I'm pretty sure he will just cameo, but it's still great.

Wow i didnt know he came up for an idea for an Anthrax movie. But i bet he was excited because hes a huge metal head which is pretty rare for a comedian. But i have been a big DDP fan. The best match was him versus Sting. Where they kept reversing the piledrivers was awesome. Anyways it still sounds like a good movie. Reminds me of the song by Demented Are Go called Satans Rejects.

Wow, are you as big a WCW fan as I am? I miss it so.
Yeah, the last Anthrax video had zombies in too. So it was really cool and Posehn is the man behind it.
