at least to me the differences are beautiful is more like stunning, hot as like doable, and cute is bubbly. i think cuteness is more a personality trait than look, but there definitely is a cute look, you know, chubby cheeks type shit.

for me, id rather be beautiful. i think that hotness (sexlexia) lowers with age however beauty, while it can lessen a bit, stays. also cute, just cuz perky and happy is fun...

ive just come to the conclusion that looks are a lot more important to me

maybe its cuz i have a buncha family all around me that ARENT married that are getting quite old (some gettin almost 50, another is only 24) that are pretty homely lookin and dont appear to ever get married which sucks. i throw in the 'hook it up with him and ill sing at ur wedding deal' and that doesnt even work

anyway for me i want to try and keep up my appearance, try and keep spice in the relatinoship and such. that and i dont want to be on of those women that when i have kids and settle down i let myself go.........

i guess image is important to me, bling bling luxury all that... but thats just me!!

but definitely the dude needs to be smart (street smart, i dont givashit about book smarts), funny, logical etc..

it all depends. i have known girls that i thought were plain to ugly, but once i knew them, thought they were very attractive. Personality goes a long way. Plus, opinions change.

Back to my hooter statement earlier... There are women that i do not think are pretty at all, ugly even. many of them have shitty personalities to boot, but they have big ones, and that tends to blind me to quite a bit.

I know that this goes for a lot of people who have a fixation on a particular body part. What if a guy is an asshole and ugly, but you are a butt girl and he has a sweet ass?

That's not weird at all. We need to find people that we feel comfortable with, and are roughly as attractive as we are. In all honesty, I wouldn't exactly be comfortable dating, for example, Christina Ricci because I would be too intimidated. I just have to say that this thread doesn't bother me.....it is just all in fun...we all know that looks can't sustain any relationship because they are impermanent.........the thrill wears off soon enough and you are left with whatever other connections you have with a person.
