Haven't heard of a REMAKE myself, but who knows...the bullshit they think of doing sometimes...
I HAVE however heard of some kind of sequel potentially happening, I'm not sure who's involved with it, only that it has one of the most stupid sequel names I've ever heard :

The lost GIRLS

Other than the name, I have absolutely nothing on this. I'm at this point not at all sure how solid it is either.

i might see a sequel but not a remake a remake would suck

I would shoot someone if they remade The Lost Boys. That is one of my favorite movies, and it was so funny with Corey in the bathtub. And The Lost Girls doesn't sound bad for the sequal. And if anyone hears anything about the sequal tell me about it.

I'm definitely going to purchase the 2 Disc Special Edition when it comes out, along with the 4 Disc Special Edition of the original Dawn of the Dead.

So, I've revently bought the original Night of the livnig dead and day of the dead REAL cheap ($5-$10 AUD), but nobody seems to have the '78 dawn of the dead...the guy in the store said the dvd had not yet been released, issat right?
I'm also gonna pick up Psycho beach party fairly cheap too...loved that movie.
A sequel to lost boys wouldn't b all bad, I just think they could definately put a better title on it...although it's never going to be the same...

You should wait until September 7th (two days before my B-day!) when the 4 Disc Special Edition of the '78 Dawn of the Dead comes out.

so why 2 discs? unless the making of docu is a beauty there is no reason it should be on 2 discs
