i pretty much cook everything myself. i like making pasta sauce cuz then u can put it on like anything (spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, breadsticks..)

i like vegetables of sorts. those r pretty easy to cook.

couldnt agree more, I have friends who live just outside Rome, not far from Tivoli. We go to many good reaturants that cook in fire ovens.... the pizzas are superb.

There's also a place, cant remember the name, it's in the open air in the mountains near Rome, where you go and eat Pork thats spit roasted, this pork is the best pork I have ever eaten.

I havent had a brick oven pizza since i lived in Germany....

I also miss genuine German food... not "Johnsonville Brats" :rolleyes: but real bratwurst. With mustard. and a BEER :)
