I had a freind several years ago who once screwed up my chances with a 28 year old woman at a bar. i had been talking to her for about an hour. then my "buddy" decides to enter into the conversation (drunk off his gourd) and start explaining to her that she looked like Jean Triplehorn, and how hot she was in waterworld. She excused herself shortly thereafter and never returned.
So a few days later, we are at the grocery store standing in line. He is eyeballing the little biscuit ringing us through and starts making conversation with her. He asked me what i was doing, so he didnt seem like an asshole for abandonning his freind, so i smiled, pointed at the candy rack and started saying "babY Ruth!" just like sloth. :)
Cockblock me and I will cockblock you you pathetic fuck.....

Teaching Bass (currently to my brother, we are working on some basslines from the Nightmare Before Christmas Soundtrack...not easy at ALL)
Racing....but not so much anymore...no one wants to race me, not even cars that are fast....i think i need to grow my hair out longer again....people always try to race when they see a girl driving.....They assume you don't know how to drive, or that your car is an automatic...which, in both cases, they would be wrong about me....

Not easy, but very rewarding. I nearly killed myself trying to learn the rolling bassline from Oingo Boingo's "Dead man's Party". Damn you Elfman!

I've been playing bass since '91 and have been a Danny Elfman fan forever. Also, i'm a glutton for punishment. Try teaching him Primus next. :)
I spent a week straight watching the video for "Tommy the Cat" trying to figure out how les plays it. Once i figured it out, I made DAMN sure i never forgot....
