It sounds like it'll be great! I really like the opening the site describes, and the fact that it was shown at Sundance increases my anticipation even more. I've not seen a horror film that was shown at Sundance that I didn't really like.
By the way ... Se7en with "flava"? What does that mean? Se7en with a black person?

Well, if "flava" means more urban/street ... I thought SE7VEN had a hell of a lot of that. That movie was pretty fuckin' gritty. And if being white means I stick to the words in the dictionary, then ... yeah, I guess I'm white. What's even more sad is that most people understand these made-up street words quicker than they do real words from the dictionary. I have a big problem with that sort of thing with my students. They'll sit there and jabber at each other in their lingo and laugh at me when I don't understand what they fuck they're saying ... then we'll read some short story and they'll think the story is stupid because it used big words. And they'll get pissed at me for using "big words" they don't understand. (And I put "big words" in quotes because they're really not. Words like: "gypsy" -- that one of my students defined as "one of those people from the pyramids.")
