Just waiting for the time to pass. I'm alone with my child tonight, so I can't watch any horror movies until she goes to bed. Trying to decide what I want to make for supper (although, that hamburger in the freezer has been calling my name all day).
Chocolate chip!!!!!
Did you make them from scratch?

Slowly. I'm going to make a last ditch effort to get some research done either this weekend or next weekend ... otherwise, I'll just have to make up a lot of the stuff I don't know. I still some scenes written out on notecards, but no particular order in mind. I don't know how some of these scriptwriters can scratch out a movie in three weeks. Then again, I don't have access to a secluded cabin with no interruptions for miles around.
By the way, I hope you don't think I was making fun of your typo way back when you wrote "hoefully." My joke about this kind of fun "being hard on the wallet" was meant to play on the idea that you were going to have fun that was "full of hos." I worry about things like that.

Her name is Ashlynn. She's 4. She gets scared out of her mind by Scooby-Doo, but she always insists on watching my movies with me. I never let her.
Her: "I'm not scared of that, Daddy."
Me: "C'mon. You're scared of Scooby Doo."
Her: "Not anymore."
Me: "That's baloney. You kept me up all night just three nights ago with your nightmares about zombies from Zombie Island."
Her: "But I'm not scared anymore. I'm grown."
Me: "Go watch Blue's Clues."
Her: <whining> "I don't want to! I want to watch your movie!"
Me: <to myself> "Why'd I have to make a kid?"
And about the cookies: You are AWESOME! I can't make cookies from scratch. They always turn to crap. Hell, I can't even scoop prepared dough from that sausage lookin' wrapper.
