Yeah that is so goddamn sweet.
Christ, hollywood is so fucked up it costs more to remake a Romero movie than for Romero to make his own.

Its going to be awesome, It'll probably show like zombies all over the world. An all the stongest are in fortified buildings. It would be cool if by now, (since the last movie was in the 80s) people went on with their lifes like they don't exist, just walking by them, it would be funny.

Yeah, it's going to be great!
The horror channel had a nice interview with
George A. Romero where they discuss the
Dead Trilogy, recent horror movies and
Land of the Dead
For those who are interested:
http://www.horrorchannel.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=76&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0
For those who are lazy:
Facts:
*They're hoping to shoot the film in October
*George Romero will shoot a R rated version for theatres
and then release the real version on DVD
*The budget will probably be between $15 and $20 million
*KNB are supposed to do the effects(Greg Nicotero)
Greg Nicotero did special makeup effects for
Evil Dead II and was Tom Savinis assistant in
Day of the Dead
*They are going to use CGI for such scenes as a bridge
collapsing but otherwise, it wont be much.
*They might shoot the movie in Canada or even parts of it
in South africa - but mostly in Pittsburgh(Of course...)
