Ladies And Gentleman, Good News! On June 6th Comedy Central singed a contract Dave Chappelle where he would return to Chappelle's Show for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th seasons.

Yes you never saw a hit show like SNL or Simpsons or South Park get cancelled after 2 seasons so....
Vodstok
07-08-2004, 05:59 AM
2 shows that used to be on Comedy Central, but died early deaths because Southpark wasnt around yet to feed them money:
Exit 57
The Vacant Lot
These were two of the greatest sketch comedy shows ever. Exit 57 had Stephen Kolbert, Paul Dinello and Amy Sedaris (all of whom were also on Strangers with Candy, another show I wish was still on ther air....)
The Vacant Lot was made up of extras from the Kids In The Hall, I think they were Rob Gfoerer, Paul Greenberg, Vito Viscomi, and Nick McKinney...
Yep, Nick was Mark McKinney's little brother (SNL, Kids In The Hall)
I also wish that SOMEBODY would play all of the original MST3K, back from the good ol' days with Joel.

And by the way Home Improvement did kick major ass. I like the episode where they tell Mark that he is an alien and his real parents are coming to pick him up and Tim dances to Indagatadeveta by Iron Butterfly and scares the beejesus out of em. And all the Halloween ones were awesome too

Sometimes I think that I'm the only person in the world who ever saw the show 'Whoops'...It was about life on Earth after a nuclear explosion....Radiation mutated most of the plant and animal life...Believe it or not, it was a comedy, and it was HILARIOUS.....Anyway...These 6 survivors, who were strangers (except for one couple) met up at an old farm...They had to try to make due with whatever was left on the planet, grow food in irradiated soil, which produced lots of strange funny shit, and try to get along with each other, even though they had huge differences of opinions....One time they had to fight off a 200 foot chicken that was trying to eat them....I fucking LOVED that show...I really miss it...

I haven't thought about it for a long time, but the mention of Hymie, the robot reminded me of another robot who was on the show a couple of times. To Taylor's Mommy--
Get Smart, with Don Adams and Barbara Feldon, was on TV in the middle 60's--64-65 I believe.
I've read the book--The Legend of Hell House--but I've never seen the movie--It's one of those things you intend to do and never get around to it.
Gayle Hunicutt, besides starring in Hell House was in PJ, with George Peppard, and Eye of the Cat with Michael Sarrazan--and she was J.R.'s first wife, who surfaced for a short time near the end of "Dallas" our notorious nighttime soap.

The drew carrey roast they had on comedy central was pretty funny... Then they decided they needed to to everyone's every year, and they killed it.
Although hugh hefner's was pretty good.
Ice Tea got up and started saying "I'm going to fucking kill every one of you motherfuckers..." trying to be funny. He wasnt.
Then Gilbert Godfried gets up there, and in his voice, starts saying "I'm going to kill every one of you motherfuckkers...." HE was a fucking riot.

Whoever said "Undergrads" is right on!
I never saw it until it was on Comedy Central's animation block on Sunday nights but that was the funniest cartoon show. It was ridiculous but so fucking real.
All that Comdedy Central animation-stuff was pretty cool. That one road trip claymation..."Gary & Mike" Hysterical!
Also "Dr. Katz" Why won't they release that on DVD? And the original "Tick" cartoon.
I have the live action "Tick" DVDs and they rule but they need to get the original cartoons out too.

Strangers with candy. What a wonderfully mean and offensive show that was....
And Amy Sefdaris is actually a fairly good looking woman, but her character on that show was ungodly disgusting....
