Did anyone else watch the new version of Salem's Lot this week. It didn't follow the book as closely as the old one.

I wasn't really sure I was going to like it after Sun.night..it was just ok. Well after Mon. night I was won over totally. The vampires where kind of 60ish black/white which was kind of nice. There was one thing I really liked, the doctor made some stakes out of some baseball bats. He cut the bat off at the handle and sharped it and when it came time to pound it home, they used the other bat as a hammer. Might seem stupid but I liked it .

Would have been just as good if it had been a 2 hour show. Most of the Vampires seemed liked zombies to me. But a good story is that, I recorded it at the same time I watched it and plan on watching it again this weekend.

The new one was better than the old. Rob Lowe is a great actor.
